Every pillow spray in India was built like a room spray — high concentration, standard pump, designed to fill a space. We found that wrong. SUKOON was built differently: for a 15cm distance, a fine mist atomiser, and a 1.2% essential oil load calibrated for eight hours of pillow proximity.

At the centre of the formula is jatamansi — the Himalayan root documented in the Charaka Samhita as a medhya rasayana, a herb that calms and clarifies the mind. No other Indian sleep brand uses it. We lead with it.

The ritual

Scent is the only sense that bypasses the thalamus — it reaches the brain's emotion centre unfiltered. Used correctly, SUKOON becomes a conditioned sleep signal within two weeks.

Hold at 20cm

Hold the bottle 20cm above your pillow. The fine mist atomiser creates a cloud — not a bead of liquid. The pillow should feel like morning dew, never damp. If you feel wetness, you're too close.

Two to three sprays

That's enough. Jatamansi and vetiver are dense, long-lasting base notes. More is not better. The blend works at threshold — just perceptible, never intrusive. The pillow carries it all night.
